For this project, you will need scissors, iron-on tape, and an iron. When cutting the sleeves, take into account the width and length of your leg that you want to go down into your boot. |
Lay the iron on the tape at the top of the sleeve inside out. |
Iron and pull the tape off. Then fold the top over about an 1/2 inch and iron. |
Then put the insert into your rain boot inside out. Leave 4 to 5 inches at the top, so you can fold over the rain boot. |
Final outcome- Rain boots with a fabulous plaid cuff insert. I love to hear what you think!! |
